fredericfu you go where it says host an image in the options when you write. Choose file and click host. Then copy URL. Then go to insert image option (should be right next to host image) and paste URL. Put dimensions and you are good.

Both of the logos are from a tv show agents of shield. It is the crest of hydra, the bad guys.
